The hotel’s location was amazing, very close to the waterfalls, the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, and the room was lovely, comfortable, and had a whirlpool tub.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was incredibly beautiful, had excellent location to the waterfall. The breakfast was particularly good and the food was reasonably priced. Loved a microwave oven, a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

We appreciated the hotel and Niagara Falls, had 2 wonderful days there. The personnel was amiable. The breakfast had plenty of fabulous food and drinks. Besides, the location was magnificent and peaceful for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Whirlpool Aero Car. Moreover, it was just off the water park as well as border.

the hotel was beautiful and had super-friendly staff. Excellent services were available. 3. the location was marvellous and quiet, right next to the falls, border & Clifton hill, water park, and the park grounds.

Excellent experience that was well worth the money we paid! Indoor water park was amazing and entertained everyone from my nine year old to my 14 year old as well as my wife and I. No regrets!
While the hotel itself was excellent be prepared to spend extra cash to enjoy optional extras. To play their interactive Magiquest game would have cost a minimum of $30 per child; with a family of 4 children would have meant an extra $120 just for one activity.

The suite was big and clean, quiet.
The food offered on site was simple and not very flexible. For a small meal only extremely simple Fast Food possible.
